Job Description

Champion and manage the creation, governance, and implementation of robust documentation and filing processes and systems, ensuring consistent, compliant, and inspection-ready execution across GPA
Serve as a flexible, high-impact team member who can step into priority areas across GPA (e.g., operations, programs, compliance) to address gaps and drive execution.
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities, promoting best practice sharing, and driving the adoption of innovative solutions.

Champion the integration and effective use of digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data integrity, and accelerate continuous improvement across patient access operations.

ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. Include only the essential functions of the job. Approximately 5 – 10 bulleted task statements should be identified).

Partner with GPA Strategy and Operations Leads to support the setup and execution of pre-approval access programs, leveraging the One Patient Access (OPA) platform to ensure alignment with global and local requirements and to drive digital best practices.
Manage and champion the creation, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of GPA documentation and filing processes and systems, establishing clear operating models, roles and responsibilities, controlled-document standards, workflows, training, and oversight mechanisms to ensure compliant, inspection-ready, scalable, and sustainable execution across the organization. Oversee archiving and document management, including maintenance of SharePoint sites and other systems critical to Patient Access operations.
Facilitate business operational processes, including contract management, invoice processing, and Purchase Order (PO) administration, by working closely with the GPA Business Operations and Vendor Oversight Lead to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
Compliance and Operational Excellence: Maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance and process optimization, ensuring that Patient Access programs meet internal standards and external expectations.
Support compliance-related activities, as assigned, and provide direct support for audits and inspections associated with Patient Access programs.
Provide back-up support for the Compliance Lead, including the review and update of Patient Access information in the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
Contribute to the development, accuracy, and communication of the Patient Access monthly report, enabling clear and consistent stakeholder updates.
Provide data and user insights to inform OPA platform enhancements, and champion OPA driving adoption and supporting a successful rollout
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to assist with optimizing Patient Access processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and generating actionable insights for continuous program improvement.
Digital Enablement: Acts as a key enabler of digital transformation within Patient Access, promoting the adoption of AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, data integrity, and program agility.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$127,400.00 - $200,200.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives.
