Job Description

Seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Glass Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing custom glass products in residential and commercial spaces while delivering professional service and high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install frameless shower doors, enclosures, mirrors, railings, glass walls, and other custom glass products.

• Install hardware, metal framework, channels, hinges, brackets, and related components.

• Accurately measure, layout, and complete installations according to drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and installation instructions.

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards.

• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle inventory, and installation materials.

• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.

• Complete required job documentation, photos, and project updates.

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of glass installation or related experience required.

• Experience with custom shower glass, mirrors, architectural hardware, or similar installations.

• Strong measuring, layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, measurements, and installation specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to lift and safely handle materials weighing approximately 50+ pounds, with assistance when needed.

• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated or restricted work areas.
