Who we are:

Central Power Systems & Services (CPS&S) has been serving the Commercial Equipment needs of the lower Midwest region with top quality On-Highway, Industrial and Power Generation products and services since 1954. Our unique Las Vegas location services a major data center customer. We manage all aspects of critical power systems installation, start-up and commissioning for this large data center, and we will now be handling generator service as well! We are in need of a Generator Technician with at least 3-5 years of experience servicing diesel engines and other related generator service work. The main responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to: oil changes, coolant changes, generator load banking, belt adjustments, annual inspections, and quarterly generator inspections. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Flexibility and  willingness to be on-call, and able to work overtime on occasion
• 3-5 experience with higher voltage diesel generator maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge of diesel powered generators
• Diagnostic skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Graduation from a technical school
