Job Overview:

We are seeking a Generative AI Solutions Analyst to join our team and drive the success of AI-powered solutions throughout our business. This role will focus on deploying and supporting Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across various departments. You will engage with internal customers, build AI agents, administer solutions, and identify opportunities for alternative generative AI tools like ChatGPT.

This position will be located at Mueller’s Headquarters in Atlanta (Sandy Springs area) and will report to the Director of Enterprise Data Engineering. This role is not eligible for any type of immigration sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Customer Engagements: Collaborate with cross functional teams from sales and manufacturing to corporate support functions such as finance and legal, to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops to drive adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot.
  • AI Agent Development: Utilize Copilot Studio to develop AI-powered solutions and chatbot agents. Focus on creating intuitive and efficient interfaces that meet the specific needs of the manufacturing business.
  • Solution Support and Administration: Provide consistent and proactive support for all Copilot implementations. Address and resolve issues swiftly, stay updated on the latest Copilot developments, and ensure systems are optimized to incorporate new features and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Generative AI Strategy: Evaluate and recommend alternative generative AI tools like ChatGPT where appropriate. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to define success metrics for AI implementations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in AI and generative AI technologies. Stay informed about advancements and best practices in the industry.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Assist in creating reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting the impact and performance of AI solutions.
  • Product Development and Testing: Support the development and testing of AI products, ensuring they meet quality and security standards. Monitor user feedback and usage data to refine product features.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Copilot Studio, Open AI, Azure AI Agent and AI Services.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tool
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, automation tools like Power Automate, and related technologies, or the capability and aptitude to learn these tools and platforms quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of designing AI experiences, including transparency, explainability, and trustworthiness of AI systems
  • Understanding of the technical limitations and potential of AI technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, adept at translating highly technical information to various audiences.
  • Skillful at managing stakeholder expectations and building rapport across departments.
