What You’ll Do

• Handle core plumbing installs, repairs, and maintenance (sinks, water heaters, soldering, leaks, valves)

• Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and lighting fixtures

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems to keep our spaces safe and comfortable

• Assist with general building tasks like light carpentry and hardware fixes

• Log work orders in CMMS, keeping our shared work areas clean and safe

• Collaborate with a supportive team and enjoy continuous on-the-job training

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 1 year of facility maintenance experience required

• Strong, hands-on experience across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Commercial or institutional experience is a strong plus

• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a genuine drive to partner with your teammates
