Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including material handling and tool preparation.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on shop equipment as needed.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a shop or warehouse environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous.
