I’m reaching out to candidates for 4 General Production opportunities in Rantoul, IL

, available across 1st & 2nd shifts

.

We’re looking for candidates with paint, carpentry, woodworking, manufacturing, machine operation, cabinet/millwork, or warehouse experience

. The roles involve door production, assembly, machine operation, material handling, quality inspection, and packaging

.

100% onsite | Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift:

  6:30 AM – 3:00 PM CST

• 2nd Shift:

  3:00 PM – 11:30 PM CST

• Overtime may be required

*Paint Dept - We are looking for candidates with a paint background

*For paint experience, I’m looking for general paint experience either painting wood items, houses, or familiarity with paint booths

OR

*Candidates with carpentry/manufacturing preferred

Depending on assignment, successful candidates may do any of the following duties:

1. Operate small and large machines in the production of doors

2. Work on door assembly line building doors

3. Inspect all product for quality

4. Machining doors for hardware installation

5. Material preparation and material handling

6. Staging and packaging finished product for delivery

7. Other general warehouse duties as needed

8. In all functions, maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety rules

Preferred Experience:

1. Past experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.)

2. Past experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment

3. General knowledge of building materials

4. Can perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools

You should be proficient in:
