Mrs. Clark’s Foods is currently seeking hard working candidates to carry out various tasks in a busy production setting. This is a great entry level position for anyone looking to work in a production setting.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Promote efficient production practices by performing ongoing tasks such as making boxes, dumping bottles, stacking cases on pallets, etc.
• Carry out basic quality checks
• Hand pack goods to be shipped
• Communicate production problems with machine operators, quality inspectors, or supervisors as needed
• Must be willing to work in all areas of production

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Strong time management skills - showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by the deadline, and adapting to changes in deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Must have sense of urgency, ability to maintain consistent pace. 
• Ability to work alone or as a member of a team, good cooperative skills. 

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds consistently.
• Ability to make repetitive movement, including but not limited to, bending, twisting, squatting, lifting.
• Typically, in a comfortable environment but with occasional exposure to temperature extremes and loud noise.
• Must be able and willing to follow GMPs  - required to remove all jewelry, gauges, facial piercings, fake nails, fake eyelashes and nail polish. 

Pay:  

• $15/hour 
• $1.00/hour 3rd shift differential= $16/hour 

 Hours:   

• 1st shift - Monday-Friday, 2 Saturdays/month, 7am-4pm
• 3rd shift - Monday-Friday 10pm-6am
