Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and production standards.
• Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of production techniques.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
