Responsibilities
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
