**General Manager — Manufacturing & Distribution

Spokane, WA · Onsite · $150,000–$200,000 + 25–50%+ bonus potential

A mid-sized, well-established and growing manufacturer and distributor ($50M+) is looking for its next General Manager. This is the #1 role: full P&L, the whole team including sales, and a real seat at the table.

The company has a well-recognized, proven product line and significant room to grow. They want an experienced leader to take it to the next level — not a caretaker.

**What you would do

**

Own the full P&L

Lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and the business processes behind them

Lead the sales team — outside and inside sales

Lead, mentor and develop a team of roughly 75–100 people, directly and through your managers

Build further on an established lean culture

Develop the strategic and tactical plan and budget, and run the business against it

**What you need

**

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of manufacturing or distribution leadership

Full P&L experience

Experience leading a sales team

Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean and strategic/tactical planning

A strong record of leading, managing and developing people
