Job Title: General Manager / HVAC License Holder

Location: Central North Carolina

Compensation: $80,000 to $125,000 Base Salary (Expected $120,000 to $180,000 Total Target Earnings)

About Our Company We are an established, highly profitable HVAC contracting business with over 30 years of history serving Central North Carolina. We have built our reputation on high integrity, active listening, and delivering exactly what we promise. We currently operate with a dedicated team of nine, utilizing a remote dispatch model to keep our technicians efficient in the field. We are looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to hold our state license, lead our team, and scale our operations to the next level.

What You Will Do

• Run the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar HVAC service and installation business.

• Manage, track, and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the company P&L.

• Cultivate a positive, productive team culture built on empathy and accountability.

• Utilize forward-thinking strategies, including the integration of AI technologies, to streamline business processes.

• Provide hands-on support in the field, including performing repairs and heavy lifting on installs when the team needs backup.

• Serve as the active NC HVAC licensed qualifier for the business.

• Provide escalation support for critical operational issues.

What We Are Looking For

• Active North Carolina HVAC License is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry with a strong background in operations and financial management.

• Proven track record of managing a P&L and scaling service revenue.

• Physical ability to jump into a truck and handle field labor and installations when necessary.

• High character, positive energy, and a desire to utilize modern technology in the trades.

• Clean background check and a valid driver's license.
