General Maintenance Technician

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on General Maintenance Technician to support our client’s facility in West Milwaukee. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance responsibilities—from working on production equipment to maintaining the building and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment and production machinery
• Assist with installation, relocation, and alignment of equipment
• Perform maintenance on buildings, facilities, and grounds
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance technician experience
• Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read manuals and follow written instructions
• Experience using hand tools
• Basic math and reasoning skills
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
