General Laborer (Tree Service)

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated General Laborer to join a professional tree service company. This is a physically demanding outdoor position assisting experienced tree crews with cleanup, hauling brush, loading materials, and supporting daily job site operations. Employment Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)

Work Conditions: Outdoor Tree Service / General Labor

Pay:$20.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

The General Laborer will support tree service crews by assisting with job site cleanup, hauling brush and debris, loading and unloading equipment, and completing general labor tasks. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Assist tree crews with daily job site operations
• Drag, haul, and load brush, limbs, logs, and debris
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with setup and cleanup before and after each job
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Previous outdoor labor, landscaping, construction, or tree service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials repeatedly
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
