Job Title: General Laborer

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support outdoor job site operations in the Marietta area. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in various weather conditions and can perform physically demanding tasks. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Support team members and supervisors with daily tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be accustomed to working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
