General Laborer – Manufacturing

Location: Blue Ash, OH 45242

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift

Position Overview

The General Labor role is an entry-level manufacturing position supporting multiple departments throughout the facility. Team members may rotate between workstations and assist with various production needs to help maintain efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and follow written work instructions and verbal directions
• Inspect products and identify any defects or quality issues
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and production standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Operate basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment as needed
• Wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety procedures
• Support different departments and assist with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Team-oriented with a positive work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on production demands

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in warm manufacturing conditions during summer months
