Location: Chickasha, OK

Pay: $15/hr (Increase to $19–$20/hr after evaluation period)

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers for a construction project in the Chickasha area. This is a full-time opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire after an evaluation period.

Attendance and reliability are critical for this role. Candidates must demonstrate consistent daily attendance and the ability to follow all workplace policies, including no personal cell phone use while on the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on a construction site

• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup

• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols

• Maintain a productive and professional work environment

• Adhere to all company and client policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Requirements

• Strong daily attendance and punctuality

• No personal cell phone use during work hours

• Clean background (no charges)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
