Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our concrete manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting in the production of concrete products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work and working in various weather conditions when necessary. **Start time could be anywhere from 2am-5am. Overtime will be offered **

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and manufacturing of concrete products
• Pour, mold, finish, and prepare concrete materials
• Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment safely
• Clean molds and work areas to maintain production standards
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, construction, concrete, masonry, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
• Comfortable working around concrete dust, machinery, and industrial equipment
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work overtime as needed
