We are currently hiring Entry-Level General Labor & Assembly Line Associates for a manufacturing company that designs and manufactures commercial lighting, display, and visual image solutions for industries including retail, grocery, warehousing, and transportation.

Pay & Shifts

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $16/hr

Job Responsibilities – General Labor / Assembly Line

• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment
• Perform general labor and assembly line duties
• Read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Inspect products and materials for quality defects
• Sort, package, and move products throughout production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Assist in different departments as needed
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements– General Labor / Assembly Line

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, including warm temperatures
• Strong attendance and punctuality required
• Reliable transportation
• Steel or composite toe shoes required
• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• Must pass drug and background screenings
