General Laborer – Manufacturing

Now Hiring! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity with plenty of overtime available for candidates who are ready to work.

Schedule

• 45–55 hours per week

• All shifts currently available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)

Important: Candidates interested in 2nd or 3rd shift must be available to train on 1st shift for 1–2 weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and production duties in a manufacturing environment

• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently

• Read and use a tape measure accurately

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work overtime (45–55 hours per week)

• Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
