Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:00am–3:00pm
Pay Range: 18.00-20.00 per hour

Position Summary: 

This position is responsible for assisting manufacturing cell production on a day to day basis. Including, but not limited to, assisting with running robotic welders, saw operation, grinding, tacking, and basic assembly functions.

Responsibilities:

• Helping in the robot cell
• Grinding
• Hole Drilling
• Saw Operation
• Light Assembly

Requirements

Education and Training:

• High School Diploma

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Computer skills
• Read blueprints
• Knowledge of manufacturing basics 
• Ability to follow direction
• Flexible and can quickly adjust to change 

Travel Requirements:

• Minimal

Physical Requirements:

• Be able to lift at least 25 lbs. and up to 75 lbs. for short periods
• Sit, stand, and bend throughout the day

Materials and Equipment Utilized:

• Hand and power tools (pliers, screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc.)
• Cranes
• Forklift
• Computers, printers, etc.
• Robotic Welders
• PPE (safety glasses, gloves, welding helmet, steel toe shoes and ear plugs as needed)

Working Environment:

100% manufacturing- low to moderate noise, safety glasses required and other personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable.
