We are hiring a General Laborer to join our team in Troy, MI. A General Laborer will work with other associates to get production done in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
• Operate basic machinery and tools as needed.
• Support team members in completing projects efficiently and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
