Custom Marine currently has openings for General Laborer’s to work on 1st shift in our Neenah, WI facility.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for general labor tasks in assisting overall production of the shop
We are looking for employees who are hardworking, reliable and detail oriented
Ability to read and understand work instructions
Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
Fabrication shop experience is strongly desired but not required
Understanding of Job Shop processes, a plus
Must have ability to lift, up to 50lbs
