Custom Marine is growing!
Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. Our products are used in recreational boats, power generation, military, law enforcement, etc.
Custom Marine currently has openings for General Laborer’s to work on 1st shift in our Neenah, WI facility.

POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for general labor tasks in assisting overall production of the shop
- We are looking for employees who are hardworking, reliable and detail oriented
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fabrication shop experience is strongly desired but not required
- Understanding of Job Shop processes, a plus
- Must have ability to lift, up to 50lbs
