Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Labor Associates to join our overnight team. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process to ensure our high-quality products are prepared, packaged, and ready to ship. **Location: **Crest Hill, IL

**Shift: **8:00 PM – 4:30 AM

**Pay Rate: **$17.51/hour

Responsibilities:

• Follow standard manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.

• Work on production line: package, label, and inspect products.

• Prepare and handle ingredients (chocolate, bread, cake fillings).

• Operate and maintain equipment (pans, coder machines, labelers).

• Ensure accuracy of product codes, labels, and packaging.

• Maintain clean and organized work area.

• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed.

• Support product rework and other assigned production tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read and interpret safety, operation, and maintenance documents.

• Strong communication skills and ability to write simple correspondence.

• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
