Express is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Labor Production workers at our facility located in Oak Creek, WI. Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed, following safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.

Qualifications

• 1st & 2nd shift only
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Must have reliable transportation and drivers license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and practices in a production setting.
