Position Summary

We are looking for a 1st Shift General Labor-Packer to join our Coon Rapids, MN team!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Organizing packing processes and workflow
• Independently box, label, and prepare parts for shipment according to order specifications
• Oversee quality checks to ensure packing accuracy and proper material handling
• Coordinate with assembly and production teams to meet daily shipping goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; delegate general housekeeping tasks
• Support production line and light assembly tasks as needed
• Monitor and report inventory levels of packing materials
• Train and mentor new packers or temporary workers as assigned
• Load/unload items from machines, carts, and dollies with minimal supervision
• Mark parts for identification and handle product movement efficiently

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in packing, shipping, or production support preferred
• Lead experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead or assist team coordination
• Integrity, reliability, and commitment to high performance standards
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must meet physical demands of the job
