Viron International is seeking dynamic and hands-on General Labors (first and second shift) to join our team in Temple, Texas. The role is responsible for all aspects of the coated stainless-steel processes within the manufacturing facility.

Moving and staging raw material that is used to build the Viron products.
Setting up and helping to operate the different equipment in the plant.
Part preparation (eg) masking, cleaning, grinding, and abrasive blasting.
Hanging parts on batch carts, loading and unloading in process and finished parts.
Remove finished parts from carts and packaging parts for shipment.
This position requires working in a production environment. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times in the shop.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment to support the operation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of stainless-steel products, fiberglass operations, painting and powder coating techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Willing to learn. Training will be provided to the right individual.
Willing to work at fast pace.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Work in environments with exposure to paints, powders, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
Starting pay $18 per hour, can be higher based on experience
Eligible for Overtime Pay after 40 hours of work
Weekly Pay
After fist of the month following 60 days of employment all full-time eligible employees will have the option to enroll in Scott and White Health Plan for health and vision, Delta Dental, 401k, Life insurance and Short-Term disability.
In addition, Vacation after 1 year of employment and 8 paid holidays after 90 day probation is completed.
