Schedule & Pay
Pay: $17.00 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Enjoy a 4-day workweek with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF!
What You'll Be Doing
As a Shop Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on exposure to different areas of the manufacturing process.
Assist with loading and unloading materials from laser cutting equipment
Help prepare and finish metal parts through sanding, grinding, and deburring
Support machine operators with brake press and production activities
Assist welding, spot welding, and metal fabrication departments
Install hardware and inserts into manufactured products
Help with paint preparation, powder coating, and finishing processes
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Assist with assembly, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
No manufacturing experience required! Previous experience is a plus.
Dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Willingness to learn new skills and assist in multiple departments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
