Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Production Workers for a growing dog food production facility in Oak Creek, WI. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who are looking for long-term opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

1st & 2nd Shift Available

12-hour shifts only

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Production Associates
• Machine Operators
• General Laborers
• Sanitation Workers

Job Responsibilities:

• Packaging and processing dog food products
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Loading materials and preparing products for shipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas
• Following food safety, GMP, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in cold environments around 40-degree temperatures
• Reliable transportation is required — attendance and punctuality are extremely important
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work in a team environment
• Overtime and weekend availability may is required based on production needs

You should be proficient in:

• Driver's License
• Food and Beverage Manufacturing
• Warehouse Experience
• Meets Physical Requirements
