Job Overview

We are hiring a General Labor - Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling products, using basic hand tools, and assisting with general production tasks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working with their hands, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring tools
• Assemble cabinets, fixtures, and related components
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Move and organize materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist other team members with general production and assembly tasks
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Previous experience using hand tools
• Manufacturing, construction, assembly, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical work throughout the shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
