About the Role:

The General Labor 2nd Shift position is essential for supporting the operational efficiency and productivity of our facility during the evening hours. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of production, maintenance, and logistics activities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to handle diverse assignments in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the role ensures that the second shift operates seamlessly, supporting overall business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Availability to work the 2nd shift schedule as assigned.
• Basic reading and communication skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor role.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or experience operating hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, assembling products, and maintaining work areas.
• Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently as required by daily assignments.
• Assist in inventory management by organizing and moving stock to designated locations.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any operational issues.
