Position: General Labor

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Location: Stanwood, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Laborer to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production support duties
• Assist with material movement and organization within the facility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support production operations as needed
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent attendance and punctuality essential
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must read and write in English
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
• Positive attitude committed to safety

Skills:

• Material Handler II & I experience
• Shipping/Receiving familiarity
• Electric knowledge
• Cherry Picker operation
