Department: 

Directly Reports To: Department Supervisor

Position Type: Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Starting Pay Rate: 

Job Functions:

• Ensure that all manufactured components are consistent with company established goals for quality and production fulfillment
• Assemble parts to complete final product in accordance with quality standards and customer selections
• Visually inspect quality of finished components to ensure that the product meets specifications
• Transport materials in and out of area according to production schedules
• Perform other related tasks including but not limited to performing housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean, and organized

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Demonstrated ability to operate related machinery in a safe and productive manner
• Use and Knowledge of manufacturing techniques
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Basic Math Skills required
• Ability to properly read a tape measure
• Experience with chop/table saws, screw gun, tape measure, and other hand tools
• Carpentry experience/skills is a plus
• Ability to Read, Write and Comprehend English

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting less than 1/3 of day
• Standing more than 2/3 of day
• Reaching frequently over 1/3 to 2/3 of day
• Use of hands to handle or feel frequently over 2/3 of day
• Lifting frequently over 25 pounds, occasionally over 50 pounds

Work Environment:

Indoor loud, factory environment.
