Pallet & Crate Builder – 1st Shift

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $18.00-20 per hour

We are currently hiring Pallet & Crate Builders for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Middleboro, MA. Candidates will work on the first shift and assist with building, repairing, and maintaining wooden pallets and crates.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM

Job Duties

• Build and repair wooden pallets and crates

• Use hand tools to assemble and repair materials

• Use power tools as needed

• Inspect pallets and crates for damage or defects

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow workplace safety procedures

• Perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience with pallets, crates, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing is a plus

• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
