Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc.is hiring forProduction General Labor / Manufacturing Associatepositions inBolingbrook, IL.

These arefull-time, temp-to-hire opportunitieswith a growing manufacturing company. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and want steady hours with opportunities for additional overtime.

Positions may include production support, catching/feeding, palletizing, shredding, material handling, and other general manufacturing duties.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with general production and manufacturing operations.
• Feed, catch, stack, sort, and package finished products.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished materials.
• Move and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Inspect products for obvious defects or quality concerns.
• Remove scrap and non-conforming materials from production areas.
• Assist machine operators and production teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures andGMP / Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and quality requirements.
• Perform repetitive production duties while standing for extended periods.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to followGMP, food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures.
• Must be able to understand work instructions and safety directions.
• Must be available to work12-hour shifts and Saturdays when required.

Schedule:

• Typical 12-hour shifts are5:00 AM - 5:00 PMand5:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
• Shift times may vary or be somewhat flexible depending on the department and production needs.
• Saturday availability is required based on production needs.
• Overtime opportunities are available based on production demand.
• New hires may be required to train on 1st shift for approximately 1-2 weeks before moving to their regular assigned shift.
