Asphalt Paving General Laborer – Night Shift

Location: Kremmling, CO
Schedule: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts
Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE)

JENNMAR Services is currently hiring Paving General Laborers to join our team in Kremmling, Colorado. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and are looking for a hands-on position with a safety-focused company, we'd like to hear from you.

As a Paving General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction and aggregate production tasks, supporting paving, crushing, grading, and highway operations. This position requires a dependable individual who works well in a team environment and is willing to travel to various job sites as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on crushing equipment and machinery.
• Unplug and shovel material from conveyors and screens.
• Replace screens, rollers, cone liners, and other crusher components.
• Assist with crusher setup and teardown, including running cables and hoses, assembling equipment, placing blocks, and shoveling aggregate.
• Operate a skid steer (and loader, if trained) to move materials and equipment.
• Keep crusher and work areas clean and free of debris.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Pick up and deliver construction materials to job sites.
• Perform general job site cleanup.
• Assist with flagging and traffic control when needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and operational condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, kneel, crawl, bend, and reach overhead.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual labor during 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work safely in physically demanding outdoor conditions.

This position is primarily performed outdoors and may involve exposure to:
