AtWork Conroe is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer for one of our clients in Conroe, TX. This position will primarily involve working outdoors, cleaning and organizing the yard, and moving materials and products as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the outdoor yard area.
• Move, organize, and relocate materials and products throughout the yard.
• Load, unload, and arrange materials as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Assist with general labor and material-handling duties.
• Lift and move materials weighing 40+ pounds.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work effectively with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or yard work experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing materials.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Steel-toe boots are preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
