General Laborer

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position will assist with a variety of warehouse, production, and outdoor labor tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical work, and following safety procedures. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active and working with their hands.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, materials, and equipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse, yard, or job site.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Clean and organize work areas, equipment, and materials.
• Perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions as needed.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and production duties.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Support team members with general labor and maintenance tasks.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
