General Assembly Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Burton, MI | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join a growing manufacturing team in Burton. This is a great opportunity for someone with a construction, manufacturing, mechanical, fabrication, or skilled-trades background who enjoys working with their hands and taking pride in building something from the ground up.
Construction experience is a BIG plus! If you’ve spent time on a construction site using hand tools, reading measurements, assembling materials, or working from basic instructions, your experience can translate very well into this position.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble components using a variety of hand and power tools
- Measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure
- Read basic measurements and follow assembly instructions
- Work with materials and components to complete finished products
- Use common hand tools safely and correctly
- Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Strong experience using hand tools
- Comfortable using a tape measure
- Mechanically inclined and good with your hands
- Able to read a tape measure accurately, including fractions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
