CHS is currently recruiting for a client in Mount Pleasant that specializes in high-quality electronic and electromechanical assemblies supporting complex, precision-driven manufacturing operations. Position Details:

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 3pm-2am

Pay: $16-$19/hour based on experience

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties:

• Hand-solder through-hole (THT) components according to specifications
• Wire and solder prototypes and specialized assemblies
• Assist with wave solder and selective solder machine operations
• Cut, form, and prepare components for assembly
• Assemble chassis components and electromechanical devices using various hardware
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and process sheets
• Follow workmanship standards and production procedures to ensure high-quality output

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of electronics assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Knowledge of electronic component identification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Comfortable working with small, delicate components and following detailed instructions
