Pay & Shift Details
Position 1 – Night Shift
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
- Shift Differential: $1.50/hour
- Schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off
- Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Schedule includes weekends
Positions 2 – Day Shift
- Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
- Shift Differential: $0.40/hour

Job Summary
The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. This role may also involve setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment while following established SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
- Conduct quality inspections of parts and products according to specifications.
- Follow clearly defined SOPs, quality guidelines, and established manufacturing processes.
- Use basic hand tools such as Allen wrenches, socket wrenches, screwdrivers, and box cutters.
- Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes, as required.
- Read, understand, and follow specifications and instructions written in English.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and be willing to work flexible or extended hours when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent required.
- 0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend instructions and specifications in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to learn and perform different production tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.
- Must be able to work in a climate-controlled environment.
Vision Requirements
- An on-site eye exam is required.
- For the position, candidates must have 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses and/or successfully complete a color vision exam.
