Position Summary

We are seeking General Assemblers to support daily production operations on 2nd shift. This role involves assembling products, handling materials, inspecting parts for quality, operating basic production equipment, and assisting with various manufacturing tasks to ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Load and unload materials throughout the production process.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on parts and products.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment as needed.
• Assist machine operators and production personnel with daily manufacturing activities.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools is a plus.
• Comfortable learning new equipment and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
