We're hiring General Assemblers for our Fenton manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy building, creating, working with tools, and staying active throughout the day.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and other building components
  • Work with wood, steel, sheet metal, drywall, plastics, and composite materials
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment
  • Read measurements and follow blueprints, layouts, and work instructions
  • Cut, shape, position, and install materials to specification
  • Install windows, doors, and structural components
  • Inspect completed work using tape measures, levels, framing squares, and other quality tools
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
