POSITION SUMMARY

The general assembler works in the final assembly departments and is responsible for the production of all boat trailers and their components.

Essential Functions:

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently

• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality

• Ensure that the work is meeting all quality standards

• Report any quality issues to the supervisor

• Operate machinery and power tools correctly and maintain it with care

• Report any machinery or power tool issues to management

• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management

• Attend all safety and production trainings

• Follow all written and verbal instructions

• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

• Able to work overtime as needed, including evenings and weekends

• All other duties as requested.
