The Westby Cooperative Creamery always accepts applications for current and future employment opportunities.

The General Application will be considered for any position that is currently open or any position in the future that is not currently available.

Most positions in our production facilities work 3 to 4 12-hour shifts each week from 5 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 5 am.  The regular schedule includes working every other weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in addition to 2 other days during the week.

$3 Night Shift Differential

Minimum starting pay in the production facility on days is $18 per hour.

Minimum starting pay in the production facility on nights is $21 per hour.
