Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations across various departments. This role involves performing a wide range of manual tasks to assist production, warehouse, construction, or maintenance teams. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Assist with production, assembly, packaging, or construction tasks
- Load and unload trucks or materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support skilled tradesworkers or machine operators
- Inspect materials and report any issues or defects
- Complete tasks efficiently and meet productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)
- Previous general labor, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25–50+ pounds regularly
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold conditions)
