Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations across various departments. This role involves performing a wide range of manual tasks to assist production, warehouse, construction, or maintenance teams. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Assist with production, assembly, packaging, or construction tasks
• Load and unload trucks or materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support skilled tradesworkers or machine operators
• Inspect materials and report any issues or defects
• Complete tasks efficiently and meet productivity goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (not always required)
• Previous general labor, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 25–50+ pounds regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold conditions)
