We are seeking a skilled Gear Machinist for a travel contract position. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong background in welding and machining. Responsibilities

Setting up and operating either the CNC Gear Shaper or Gear Hobber Machines.

Perform Edits and settings on Controllers: Either Fanuc, Siemens 840D Solution Line, or Powerline.

Ability to run 2-3 machines at one time.

Proficient with G&M Codes

Operate Hoists and cranes

You should be proficient in:

• GD&T
• Dovetail CNC
• Troubleshooting Skills
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Tape Measure Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC)
• Universal Machining Center (3-4 axis)
• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis)
