Job Overview

In this role, you will take pre-made components and assemble custom garage door grilles according to sales orders. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and comfortable working with hand tools and glass installation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom CNC grilles using aluminum frames.
• Frame and secure grille components with aluminum framing.
• Use basic hand and power tools to assemble products.
• Cut, clean, and install glass into completed grille assemblies.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, package, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
• Read and interpret simple drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow simple drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
