We are seeking a skilled and dependableGanesh Swiss Lathe Operatorto join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has experience operating Ganesh Swiss Lathes, strong blueprint reading skills, and hands-on experience using precision measuring tools.

Schedule

Training Shift – 1st Shift:

Monday – Friday,7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Permanent Assigned Shift – 2nd Shift:

Monday – Friday,3:15 PM – 11:45 PM

Important:Candidates must be flexible and willing to complete training on 1st Shift before transitioning to the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operateGanesh Swiss Lathes.
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
• Produce high-quality parts with strong attention to detail.
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain part quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet production requirements while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production or quality issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience operatingGanesh Swiss Lathesis required.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable and dependable attendance is required.
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures.
• No cell phone use is permitted on the plant floor.
